1. The competition is promoted, operated and administered by InsureMy and Breakfree Holidays.

2. All prize winners must be eligible to take part in the competition as determined by the eligibility requirements (see below).

3. There are a limited number of prizes available, which may be varied or changed at the judges’ discretion.

4. The competition period runs from 00:01 on 1st August 2025 to 23:59 on 15th September 2025. This is the final date for entries to be submitted, no entries will be accepted after this date.

5. Only one entry per person, an entrant can upload up to 1 image as part of their entry. No purchase is necessary to take part in this competition. No bulk or third-party entries will be accepted. The entrance to this competition is provided free of charge.

6. Entries to the competition must be submitted via the online competition form. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible entries, images that contain unsuitable images or that are subject to copyright.

7. Full copyright title shall be retained by the author of any submission. By submitting your entry, you agree to grant InsureMy and Breakfree Holidays a perpetual royalty free licence to use any or all of the images submitted, for use on InsureMy and Breakfree websites or promotional material. The author will be credited where possible.

8. You agree to InsureMy publishing the images submitted on www.insuremy.co.uk and via TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. You also agree to Breakfree Holidays publishing the images submitted on www.breakfreeholidays.co.uk and via their TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

9. All images loaded to TikTok will be subject to the published TikTok's terms of use and the same applies with Instagram and Facebook. InsureMy X Breakfree cannot accept any responsibility for images copied, downloaded, reproduced or used by third parties once published.

10. The main focus of any image must be your Caravan, if your contribution features other people who are recognisable, you are responsible for ensuring that you have their permission for the submission to be used as provided for in the terms. Where a person under the age of 18 may be identified, by accepting these terms and conditions you warrant that you are the parent or guardian and that you grant permission for the images to be used as set out above.

11. The prize voucher is valid until 31st December 2026. All prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. InsureMy and Breakfree Holidays reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value should it be unavailable for any reason.

12. InsureMy and Breakfree Holidays reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time.

13. By participating in the competition, you are deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you breach any of the terms and conditions, you will be automatically disqualified from the competition.

14. InsureMy and Breakfree Holidays cannot take responsibility for any entries submitted that are lost or delayed during any electronic submission or any other web page failure or those received after the closing date for the competition.

15. The winner must be willing to have their name and the postal town published and be willing to participate in all post-event publicity. The competition and entries may be used in other promotional activity by InsureMy and Breakfree Holidays.

16. InsureMy holds no responsibility for loss or injury resulting from the prize of the competition.

17. The competition winner will be announced from Tuesday 16th September 2025.

18. These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
