1. The competition is promoted, operated and administered by InsureMy and Breakfree Holidays. 

2. All prize winners must be eligible to take part in the countdown as determined by the eligibility requirements (see below). 

3. There are a limited number of prizes available, which may be varied or changed at the judges’ discretion. 

4. The competition period runs daily from 00:01 on 13^th December 2025 to 23:59 on 24^th December 2025. Breakfree Holidays offer 10% off on breaks between 1st Jan 26 and 31st Dec 2027. The code is valid from 13^th – 24^th December which should be for the duration of the countdown. 

5. Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary to take part in this competition. No bulk or third-party entries will be accepted. The entrance to this competition is provided free of charge. 

6. InsureMy and Breakfree Holidays reserves the right to withdraw the competition at any time. 

7. By participating in the countdown, you are deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you breach any of the terms and conditions, you will be automatically disqualified from the countdown. 

8. InsureMy and Breakfree Holidays cannot take responsibility for any entries submitted that are lost or delayed during any electronic submission or any other web page failure or those received after the closing date for the competition. 

9. InsureMy holds no responsibility for loss or injury resulting from the prize of the competition. 

10. These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
